Introudcing one of our new ranges for Belle Butterfly for 2018... Tea Delight!

I know I for one am being a lot more body conscious this year, inspried by the fact that my big 4-0 looms at the end of this year ;-)

My new years resolution is to invest in myself, I am considering not only good quality anti ageing products for my skin, but also exercising properly for the first time in over a decade but most importantly paying more attention to what I eat and put into my body. Interesting fact for you... if you want to get healthier they way to do it is by looking at what you eat and drink- this accounts for 70% of the change. Exercise only equates to 30% of the change.

As a result this is why I am sharing this range with you! Tea infusions are a fantastic way to kick start a new healthy you- or simply just for your pure enjoyment.
